ICDSoftReviews of icdsoft.com

Unique speed and superior service, pretty confident ICD Soft is in the top 3 hosting providers worldwide. Lightning fast speed of reply to any queries to support, competent advice and efficient delivery. This company has always been the "Thinking out of the box" type and they will do the impossible to satisfy their customers needs in regards to hosting and anything related. My personal case just today: I got short with payment for my hosting renewal, asked them to give me few days and they immediately activated 31 days free period, so I do not worry that my website will be down or lost. Huge thanks for that and keep up the good work!

I'm using ICD Soft as a registrar. I was quite impressed how fast they reacted - they addressed my issue with DNSSEC validation within 13 -14 minutes. Also their messages were clear and concise. I'm not sure what are their working hours, but it feels like they have 24/7 proffessional support service.

I have been using ICDSoft.com for my hosting needs for more than 10 years now, and I have had an outstanding experience with their services. Their support team truly deserves a 5-star rating for their efficiency and effectiveness. Every time I've reached out with a question or an issue, their response has been incredibly quick, with support tickets being closed within minutes. This level of responsiveness is unparalleled and greatly appreciated. Additionally, their control panel is user-friendly, making it easy to manage my website without any hassle. The intuitive design and layout of the control panel mean that I can quickly find and use whatever feature I need, whether it's for managing domains, setting up email accounts, or accessing site statistics. It is often updated with new features, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend ICDSoft.com to anyone looking for reliable, user-friendly hosting services backed by an exceptional support team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, and their hosting platform has been a crucial part of my site's success.

Excellent tech support! My publishing issues were addressed and resolved very quickly! The technician responded with a professional, but yet friendly overtone. Thanks much for your help! Highly Recommend icdsoft.com for my hosting needs.

Always the best support response and resolution.

I just finished migrating hosting to ICDSoft. Tech support held my hand through the whole process and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. They treated them all with seriousness, even going so far as to intuit my next questions. I'm so happy I switched hosts! Can't wait to bring over my domains when I'm allowed to

Unbelievably amazing tech support for clueless tech people like me. I had to get something verified (I honestly couldn't even tell you the problem, that's how confusing it all is to me). And I told them the issue, they responded within about 10 minutes, told me what to do, but offered to assist me with doing it if I felt uncomfortable. Of course, I said yes, please help! Then they worked their magic on their and, and then sent explicit instructions on what I needed to do, step by step. It worked, it was perfect, and they have always helped me in this way. It's really hard to find this level of support, so I highly recommend!

I've used ICDSoft / SureSupport for over 15 years with rock solid results throughout. I and my many clients depend on this hosting service and I'd recommend them to most any designer or user. Support is a particularly high point. Service is only text via a form (no phone) but is always immediate and very helpful. They're always ready to help me solve issues or step into fix when I can't in a moment's notice. Sounds like I'm gushing, but this is my real world experience over many years with many clients using their hosting services. They're dependable and fast for lightweight shared hosting or un/managed VPS hosting.
