ICDSoftReviews of icdsoft.com

For many of us, finding the perfect web host is like winning the lottery. ICDSoft have always offered an unbeatable combination of great service, superior support and an affordable price. Their support staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing prompt assistance for any issues that arise. They have consistently proved themselves as reliable and trustworthy, and I couldn't be happier with their service! This February marks the 20th birthday of my hosting account with ICDSoft; That says enough :)

I wonder if they get bored with all the 5 star reviews. They have never disappointed me in over 10 yrs of hosting with them. They also have never failed to impress with the support team answering some basic questions without 'talking down' I would never think of hosting with anyone else or recommend anyone else. Over Christmas a site that is being designed by someone else was hacked, the support was fantastic, the advice great. My customer was glad that I fought to keep the hosting even after they went with a different designer ..

I've been using ICDSoft for over 20 years. Their hosting is fast, reliable, inexpensive, and their Support is top notch. I've deal with other companies over the years (working on other websites) and have had some pretty bad experiences with Support. Sometimes because theirs is that bad and other times because ICDSoft's performance over the decades as set the bar so high for me. I truly cannot say enough good things about their Support. Like today. I opened a ticket at 12:33:46 GMT and it was completely resolved by 12:39:55 GMT. SIX MINUTES is all it took to fix a problem. Granted, it wasn't hard and required no follow up but I've routinely seen other companies take hours or even days to respond much less resolve.

Longtime ICDSoft User and have been extremely happy with their services. The products function very well, site speeds are competitive (especially using their SmartVPS option), but the biggest highlight is their support. It is comforting knowing that they are always available (usually responding to support requests within minutes) if there is an issue. Their team is second to none and I cannot recommend them higher.

I have been asked to create a new site for a client and have had cause you speak to the support team. They have been great and answered swiftly and comprehensively. Very pleased with the service.

Been using icdSoft for almost 20 years with great success. Never any problems in fixing even the most minor issues. Recommended them to my daughter and she raves about the excellence of SureSupport at icdsoft.

Best customer support. Responds within seconds. Everything just makes sense. Try using other services but I always return.

Great service and support, fast, reliable!
