I've been using ICDSoft for since about 2003. My experiences have been consistently excellent. On the rare occasions when I have questions or problems, they respond amazingly quickly. I currently have 8 main domains (plus more parked domains) registered with them for myself and for a non-profit. When I write reviews, I always include negatives to give a balanced review. No company's perfect, after all, but in this case, I can't think of any negatives. My experiences have been completely satisfactory.

I didn't know this was the best hosting company when I signed up, but I liked it like I would like living in a quiet country house in a nice neighborhood where all the neighbors waved to each other and smiled. Everything I have ever wanted to do with the websites I have hosted here I have been able to do. If there is anything I can't figure out, the tech support people answer within a minute. I have never wanted or wished for any more or better service for the 13 or so websites I have had hosted here for the past 13 years.

We stumbled into ICDSoft over 15 years ago. I am fairly well useless when it comes to doing all the magic that their support team does to help. I have come to totally depend on their support. So different than our early forays into running a site with a couple of hosting services. The difference is a stark comparison with ICDSoft shining brightly. The response and quality of support is amazing, and has consistently been over the years we have run our hosting with them.

We are a small franchised business and our domain expired due to the sudden death of the domain owner. ICDSoft got us back up and running in a matter of hours and went on to provide an efficient, professional and kind set of instructions that enabled us to take control of the domain and get our business back on track with the minimum of fuss and effort. Customer service is second to none - I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

In a middle of a breakdown because I couldn't figure out what was the problem of my website that was important to pass my class, I contacted the support team to asses the issue and under 30 minutes, with a coupple of back-and-forth, they solved my problem. Best support I ever had in my life.
