I highly recommend ICDSoft. I have been using them for my email & web hosting for over 20 years. Without a doubt they have provided the best customer service and the quickest response of any company I have ever dealt with.

I am probably one of the very first clients with ICDSoft, I bought my first domain and web hosting all the way back in 2001, I actually bought it in person in one of their offices in Sofia. During the last 20 years, I had several domains and hosting plans and I was never let down by the server's uptime and speed, as for their customer service, I have to say extremely quick to respond and solve the problem or answer the question you might have. If you are looking for a domain hosting company look no further. I highly recommend them.

I think I've been using ICDSoft for 20 years now, and I'm still amazed at how awesome the support team is. They answer within seconds, fix within minutes, and then tell me how they did it. I'm lucky to have found them.

Many years ago a big computer expert recommended to me this hosting, and I've been using it since then, for all my sites, recommending it to all my friends as well. The support is incredibly fast and friendly, the service is reliable, I love it

Our companies have worked with ICESoft for almost 2 decades and have experienced Service level and especially the essential ingredient of excellent support. We have added more than 10 websites and just added 2 more. We had a new piece of software requiring the UBUNTU operating system, which forced us to use a different outsourced server provider. Their first answers have been you will need to pay $800 a year above your hosting cost to hire an outside provider to support your single small server. ICDSoft, knows how to do business. We believe in them so much we became a reseller fhdiptv.net. Thank you ICDSoft for patient support, Great service and for our servers always being up.
