Scam!!!! Buyer beware. The company is a scam and their contact phone number is not assigned. The courier they used stole my order and said it was the wrong address. NOT TRUE. The would not refund or reship my order so I had to call my credit card company for a refund.

I ordered contacts from ICOICE on October 14, the shipping estimate was October 28. The shipping information hasn't changed since October 21 (It's now November 7). I have contacted them asking for a refund on the order that I have not yet received and while they have been communicative, they have basically told me there is nothing they can do to help me until I receive them (which I don't know that I ever will

Awful, I ordered a pair of lenses weeks ago for a Halloween costume. I was charged right away but never got a confirmation email or shipping notification. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service via email three times with no response, calling their support number (immediately drops) and sending Instagram messages. Nothing. Can not get ahold of them no matter what I try. I truly think it might be a scam.

I ordered from this company to have a pair of lenses expedited to my home address. Received a message that my lenses were delivered.Got home from work,checked my mailbox,checked my front porch, No Package!. I immediately contacted customer service about the delivery issue. They responded back the next day telling me that It was delivered,sent me a screen shot of my order invoice. They delivered to an address that I haven't lived at in over 10 years. I contacted them again and explained that the address that they delivered to was an old address,my new current address is listed correctly on icoice website when i created account. This emailing back and forth had lasted over 2weeks of them blaming me that I didn't provide the right address when I know the correct address was listed. I screenshot my address in account with icoice showing that the correct address was listed,sent it to customer service. Response was,Im sorry and still blamed me for them delivering to wrong address even after showing that they were wrong.At this point I was livid!! and requested a refund, I paid almost $40 bucks for a pair of lenses and never received them. So I contacted once again to see how they can rectify this issue. They told me that we don't do refunds but you can send an extra $10 for shipping and handling and we will resend your lenses that you ordered. Since I can't get a refund then I guess I'm going to have to send the $10, in which I had to reconnect with them to send information to send $10 when they should've provided the information in last few emails they sent instead of arguing back and forth with your customer about your company screwing up and sending it to wrong address.Your employees need to be retrained on providing outstanding Customer Service.I would be highly disappointed with my employees, working my customer service if I were the Owner,Manager,CEO,etc.

Terrible service. Item still not arrived after 18 days. I was told to ‘wait patiently’ by staff. Don’t buy from this company. They are unhelpful and couldn’t care less about their customers!!

I ordered from this company on 9/28/2024. They put wrong address on the package so therefore I never received. It was sent back to their factory. Customer service wanted ME to pay an additional $15 to have one pair of lenses resent (I paid for two lenses plus a shipping fee). Thry did not refund my money either!! I have read other reviews showing this happening often! Buyer beware! I would not buy from them.

Order never arrived on time when paid with expedited shipping. Contacted customer service team and never took responsibility. Placed ordered on 7th of August and received the item on the 4th of September. Why is it even called expedited shipping ?
