I spoke to an agent who walked me through the whole process of how my spouses loan was going to be paid to Coastal Connecticut IMS in Hamden. He had been approved for 3,000 and today's bill was for $1,655.00. His name is Krunal and I can't say how much I appreciated all his help at putting our mind at ease.
