What made my experience great was that I wasn't ignored at all. My original case manager had to take some time off, so they reassigned me to Angela. She has been very helpful and has been very patient with me. I like working with this company to resolve my back taxes.

Though I had hoped for a more favorable settlement, I understand that it was my mistake in the first place. Emily Carter was the consummate professional throughout.
