I have been pleased with the rate at which vitamins are delivered to me.
Niacitol complements CholestePure and I'm glad to be able to get both from your company.

took the $$ but took over a week to say "back ordered"
Sent a email a week before the package came asking to "rate the product". Took way too long - will look for another supplier who will take the $$ and ship...not impressed with the customer service

Prompt Delivery
The delivery was Exactly when promised, which was good because I really didn't want them sitting out in the hot sun for days!

slow processing and shipping
48 hours elapsed from placing my order on-line to IdealVitamins sending the email notification that my order was shipped. The free shipping was slow; therefore 8 days elapsed from order placement to order receipt. My package was very small and light weight--two 30 ml dropper bottles.
