Responsive & Professional Service
The representative listened to my concerns, and then called the banking institution with me, staying on the line as a consultant during the call to ensure the proper questions were asked and answered. She also provided additional guidance after the call.

They answered questions about my credit.
They answered questions about my credit report and explained how even when you are doing everything right, your score can go down. such as emergencies with unusual spending during that time and two credit cards changing banks, which closes two accounts and opens two new accounts, all with in a couple of months has a big impact. Even when you pay everything in full. They helped give me piece of mind and walked me through on checking things and were very patient with me.

Stolen Identity
My Identity was stolen to buy a trailer that cost over $10k, I was confused and didn't know where to turn or how to fix the mess it created on my credit report. I certainly didn't buy the trailer and wasn't going to pay a nickel toward the debt. I initially reached out to law firms for help. No one wanted to help me and told me I can fix all of this alone. My HR Rep told me about ID Shield. It is worth every single penny regarding the monthly fee. The agent that handled my case, Tommy Long, made the entire process about as easy and painless as can be. Believe me there were tons of hurdles and and additional paperwork. Tommy is still available to email with a quick response regarding anything including dumb questions and piece of mind.

I had my identity stolen
I had my identity stolen. I called IDShield to report it and they helped me with everything I needed to do to protect myself . They told me ways to help better protect myself from identity theft. I felt so relieved on what to do after I talked with them and knew I would be fine.

ID shield went out of their way to call me back when a fraudulent CC aplication was filed in my name.
