Regarding the replacement display/screen, due to compatibility requirements for the iENYRID M4 Pro, the correct parts can only be supplied directly from our factory in China. Unfortunately, locally sourced parts in the UK are not compatible with the scooter system, which is why we could not arrange a local replacement part. We would also like to clarify that the replacement part itself was provided under warranty support. The shipping arrangement was discussed separately by our support team during communication.
