ILKB is the best workout I have ever done. The instructors keep you motivated and truly care about you and your health. I love my ILKB family!

I originally joined Ilovekickboxing Henderson because of a promo and haven't regretted it. They will push you really hard but it is worth it. The music is great, the staff is great, and I always have a great time.

INCREDIBLE WORKOUT! It's been a while since I've really been able to find a workout that has challenged me the way that my first class at iLoveKickboxing has. The workout was fun, intense, and definitely had me wanting to come back again so I signed up for it the same day!!

ILKBparkslope is amazing! The staff is super friendly and they made me feel welcomed. For your first session, they give you a trainer who works side-by-side with you and shows you the ropes. The gym is very clean and the workouts are amazing. This was my first time trying kickboxing and I love it already! I can't wait to go back!

ILKB Skokie is the BEST location!! Can't beat the high energy instructors and banging music to get a good sweat in! Feeling stressed? Beating the crap out of the bag will do the trick! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I started at ILKB Apple Valley 2 1/2 weeks ago, and think this place is amazing! The atmosphere is high energy and positive, the workouts are unique and interesting, never boring. I have seen the change in my energy level, after only 6 classes. All the instructors have been encouraging and helpful, they really know what they're doing.

I really do get the best workout here at I love kickboxing! The facility is always clean and the instructors are very encouraging. The music is great too, very versatile. I definitely recommend anyone of any age to give them a try.
