The first unit I purchased broke soon after using it for the first time. The color match is excellent so I bought it again thinking it was just a one off. I purchased the same unit again and it also broke during application.

The online Iman cosmetics are not the same quality as the in-store products. I have not been satisfied with any of my online purchases from Iman. Sorry, guys, but you're slipping!

My Lipstick order has not been received since January2020. Received foundation order which I am pleased with. Disappointed waiting for a reply since February.

Wrong color or shade sent from my last order. Notified you regarding the error but never received an answer. This happened once before and I decided to give you another chance. I won't order anything else directly from you.

I can’t seem to find the correct shade for my complexion. I ordered twice & each one seem to be much lighter, than they appear. :(

I really love the powder foundation, the lack of customer service is bothersome. There's no number to call and when you send an email no one responses. I also dont like you cant get this in any stores anymore I use to be able to get this foundation at target, Walmart now you can only get it online
