Antonio,
I appreciate you laying it out. You deserve a straight answer, so here
it is with the full timeline from our records.
You signed up May 22, 2025. Here's what actually happened on your file
since then:
May 2025 (Round 1): We submitted disputes on your initial negative accounts.
June 2025 (Round 2): We got Ferris State deleted from TransUnion. That
same month, two new collection accounts hit your report (Caine &
Weiner #19804809 on Equifax and TransUnion). You confirmed at the time
that you knew about those. Those were not on your file when you signed
up. Those brought your scores down.
July 2025 (Round 3): No changes from the bureaus.
September 2025 (Round 4): Six new negative items appeared on your
file. Late payments on your student loans (US Dept of Ed) across all
three bureaus. That is what cratered your scores. Those student loan
lates were not there when we started working together, and they were
not caused by anything we did or didn't do. That was activity on your
end.
October and November 2025 (Rounds 5 and 6): No changes from the bureaus.
December 2025 (Round 7): We got the Caine & Weiner collection deleted
from Experian, plus four hard inquiries removed (Walserburn, Comenity,
Wyndham, Land Rover).
January 2026: Our team was unable to continue disputes because your
MyFreeScore Now account had a password reset and we lost access. Our
team reached out to you multiple times between December and February
asking for updated login credentials. We did not receive a response,
which is why work stopped.
So here is the honest picture. We removed negative items and inquiries
from your file. That is real work and real results. Your scores
dropped because eight new negative items were added to your report
after you signed up, including two collections and six student loan
lates. We did not cause those and we cannot prevent new negatives from
hitting while we are working on old ones.
Where we fell short is communication. Between August and November,
someone on our team should have sat you down and said plainly: "Your
scores are dropping because you are adding new negatives faster than
we can remove old ones. Here is what needs to stop." That conversation
never happened clearly enough, and that is on us. I do not make
excuses for that.
Here is what I want to offer you. You have two options:
Option 1: We restart your file. You provide us with updated
MyFreeScore Now credentials, we pick back up where we left off, and we
go after everything that is still on your report. The student loan
lates, the remaining Caine & Weiner items, and anything else that is
dragging you down. I will personally make sure communication does not
fall through the cracks again.
Option 2: If you feel like the trust is broken and you would rather
part ways, I will issue you a refund. No back and forth, no hassle.
That is the message you were sent. You were never denied a refund, that's still on the table. Communications fell through because you insisted on sending us very unprofessional messages and making false claims.
You damaged your own credit by getting 8 new negative items from not paying your bills. We were deleting items as you hired us to do, and did so with what was there. But you were adding more negative items faster than we were deleting them, and then decided to blame us for that.
The offer is still on the table, but we insist on maintaining professional, respectful. communication. You have our email, feel free to contact us to discuss this again and come to a resolution.
