I have 2 other knobs from same manufacturer on my other vehicles. Prior to settling on this one I tried 2 others which didn't fit. The knob release button is great feature. Nice to have the extention kit but didn't need it. Only regret is I couldn't get a blue one.

A little slow getting back to me after I e-mailed you. But other then that the person that waited on me was kind and curtious. Will do business with you again when the need arises for other parts.

I had an issue with my first order. After two weeks had gone by and I still hadn't received my order or a "has been shipped" email, I emailed IndeMedical that evening. By the next afternoon I had received an email and two phone calls from them apologizing for a glitch on my order. Within a few days my order was at my front door. It's good to know there are still companies that "bend over backwards" for their customers. With competitive prices and unbeatable service I continue to use them for all my medical supply needs.

The item I had originally ordered wasn't available for a few weeks, so I was offered a substitution (at a 10% discount), with the conversation carried on via email. Responses were quick and the substitute item was shipped without delay. Very satisfied with both my purchase and the ordering process!

I ordered online and the service was great it came in one day. My only regret is that the parts were not correct for my machine. Is there a way of sending them back? I sure would appreciate a respond as $38 is a lot of money to waste. Thanks Kathy Dahl

The delivery of my order was fast. Had a small problem with one of my items, however, it was rectified immediately and without any hassle. I don't know why I haven't been using IndeMedical for the past five years, but I'm their customer now and in the future. I highly encourage you to give them a try...I'm confident they'll be your provider for all things medical also.
