I use my indo board for balance training. It helps me with skiing and for my every day life.

I enjoyed very much the InDo Board as an essential tool I used for the Yoga Balance Strength Classes. It definitely served each its participant with a greater level of challenge as far as Vinyasa practice . This fun and such an effective prep enhanced physical experience as well as helped students to be challenged among various physical both steady and flowy postures. I truly recommend it ,taking into consideration usage of extra mat or socks, due to the tendency of the surface getting sleepery. Cannot wait to order more boards and teach it in Europe 😃

The Indo Board helps break up the boredom of exercise programs, while giving the client a sense of mastery as they learn more skills on the board. Even better, the Indo Board can easily adapt to the skill level of any user with the use of the many tools to place the board on. The Indo Board should be a part of every exercise program!

Amazing board, incredible fun and great workout!

I LOVE my Indoboard. I started with the deck and the roller, then later added the cushion. They have always been great to do business with and have had great videos.
