Indy FacetsReviews of indyfacets.com

Everyone was very helpful and genuinely concerned about designing a beautiful set of rings within my budget. They took the time to get the design perfect and kept me updated on the whole process. I would recommend Indy Facets to anyone looking for a great peice of jewelry for a great price!!!!

I had a custom set of diamond earrings made from previous 3/4Ct. princess cut diamonds. Indy Facets went above and beyond to make sure they hung correctly and they were finished before the date promised. I could not ask for more. Great job guys, cannot wait to do more business with you very soon.

I was in the market for an engagement rign and had gone to a few larger stores in the area. I became frustrated quickly at the other stores who told me certain things were unavailable and then pressured me into putting a ring on layaway to "hold" it before leaving the store. Indy Facets was such a different experience and I am so glad I set up an appointment with them. They worked very hard to get me examples of everything I asked for and we designed the most beautiful ring. They even worked with me on overall pricing and payment. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I came to Indy Facets with some heirloom pieces and vague ideas of what I wanted to do with them. They created two very different, beautiful designs that exceeded my expectations. One piece was a gift with a great deal of meaning behind it. It wowed! The other piece was for me. Everyone who sees it is jealous. The process was cooperative, collaborative, and fun! Their communication was good; they fully explained the process to me; and kept me informed every step of the way. And, not only did they not flinch when I told them my conservative budget, but they recommend ways to save money! I can recommend Indy Facets without reservation.

Hands down the best experience buying jewelry. The focus is on you, the customer. From the minute you step through the front door you know that Shaun and his staff will take care of everything!

Extremely quick responses to my emails, a next day appointment to accommodate my schedule, and a wonderful meeting multiple members of the Indy Facets team. I won't hesitate to recommend Indy Facets and use them again!

Great staff, easy to work with. Very courteous and honest.

Shaun was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was always reachable via phone call, text, email, etc. He ensured a quality diamond at a fair price. I would recommend him and Indy Facets to anyone.
