My Kokoro M888 chair is great
My Kokoro M888 chair is great! Once I got it together I had to test it out. It really worked the kinks out of my back and got rid of a knot behind my left shoulder that had been there for a while. I felt better when I got out of the chair than I had in a long time! I'm very pleased with this purchase. I hesitated to buy one because of the investment. But now I'm glad I did it! Any time my back or neck is sore I can plop myself down in it and get it taken care of. There are settings I haven't tried yet but plan to soon. My son also likes it when he comes over. He fell asleep in it one day when he dropped by before work. LOL!

Great service and customer service- I…
Great service and customer service- I reported a clicking noise on our new Massage Chair over the phone, was able to email them a video/audio of it and they knew exactly what part was needed. Had it shipped directly to my house and had someone come and install it within a week! Very pleased!

This company did not stop sending parts…
This company did not stop sending parts and the tech out to our house until the chair was fixed. We appreciate also, how we were made to feel like the customers.

Our technician maintained good…
Our technician maintained good communications. He came at the appointment time we set. He identified the problem within five minutes. It turns out, it was not an equipment failure, but an installation failure. He ran through a cycle to make sure everything was working correctly. He was courteous and, generally a good guy.

The customer service was extremely impressive
The customer service was impressive as I had an issue with billing which didn’t even concern them as I purchased this chair from one of their vendors who sells their products but they set up a call for the following week and just wanted to touch base and ensure everything was taken care of correctly regarding the billing. They called as they said they would a week later and was pleased to hear everything was corrected regarding billing issues. The chair is amazing and I should have purchased one of these years ago!

Ask about WHO is assembling your chair!!
Once the actual Infinity repairman got to my house, his knowledge and help was great. When you buy a chair from a furniture store, or anyone other than Infinity directly, know that most of the workers that deliver and assemble these chairs do not really know how to do it correctly. When they don’t assemble it correctly or break something while assembling it (that’s what happened here) then you have to go through the process of making the claim. Then wait for the parts, then get on the repair schedule etc. I was lucky because it was a severed wire for a speaker, so the massages still worked.

My experience with the chair repair was great!!! During all phases, from expressing the need for repair through the technician performing the repair.
