We've been using Informed for many years and it is very reliable. The support staff is the best and ultra responsive and knowledgeable. My only hope is they expand their repricer to other markets like eBay and Walmart Canada.

We've been very happy with Informed Repricer. I have used the Informed Repricer for my Amazon business for almost 8 years and have been impressed on every level. The software itself is fast and thorough — repricing is quick and comprehensive across my whole catalog. I appreciate how often they roll out real improvements to the app. One of the things I've found is better than other repricers I've tried is its flexibility: you can set custom repricing rules for different products, or use one rule for everything. You’re in full control of how and when items reprice, and you can change strategies that YOU preset with a click. Now for my personally favorite thing about them, their customer service is outstanding! When I’ve reached out, they respond super quickly and actually stay with me until my question is fully resolved. You never feel rushed or dismissed. Trustworthy company, solid product, 5 stars...Their customer service is outstanding. What a horrible company! We scheduled a zoom call with this company and they never showed up for a call! What a horrible unprofessional company! Can you imagine what kind of support you will get once they get your money? Do not recommend this company!

I am a potential new customer and it appears this repricer does not care much about their customers. While others do their best to help these people just dont care.i asked them to help me by uploading my listing as I could not do it myself and my previous repricer had done this and they did not help. I wrote them again and they brushed me off. Buyer beware they are overpriced and basically dont care about customers.

Did a lot of research about repricers. I tried few and this one is the best. We have been using it for 2 years now and it was a great move. We saw an increase in sales. I especially like the AI repricing.
