I really like all of the products that INIU makes, especially the chargers. They are very well made, light weight, slim, built with the consumer in mind. I especially like the "paw" charge indicator which lets you know the progress of the charging at a glance. Their customer service is excellent as well. I own several INIU chargers and will continue to be a loyal customer!

The reason is simple: INIU makes the best power banks I have ever used. The battery quality is excellent, and the customer service and warranty support are the best I have ever experienced. That is exactly why I now own six of them. Out of those six power banks, I have only ever had a problem with one. When the problem arose, I immediately thought, “Oh no, here we go. What is this going to cost me?” Instead, I sent one email explaining what had happened and included a copy of my receipt. The very next day, I received a reply confirming that a replacement would be sent. Within just a few days, the new power bank arrived. There was no fuss, no argument, and no shipping charge—just a smile on my face. That remains the only problem I have ever had with any of my INIU power banks. As a computer technician, I confidently recommend these little gems to everyone looking for a dependable, high-quality power bank. I've had wonderful customer service with iniu. I had issues with a powerbank and they replaced it no problem. On top of that their powerbanks are by far my favorite and not just because they have a paw print on them. They work better then any of the others I have.
