Happy with the products I get from them, if not sure on best item for myself they are quick to respond to emails and help the best they can, also same for if you have issue quick to solve the problem weather it replacement or instruction to help reset. I will always get powerbank from this company as do what they suppose to do, specially in emergency cases.
