Ordered on the 30th of September; up to now, no answer regarding my order. This is really frustrating as they say 1 business day to reply back and nothing. Update 08/10 They send them in two shipments, post and DHL. They could have send them all in one in DHL. Update 12/10 DHL arrived, obviously, now waiting the post for the other part of my order.

Two weeks ago i purchased a battery bank given my previous one has been excellent, On the first need to use the lanyard or charging cable i discovered it not to be working but any other cables i have work fine. Then the problems begin. Customer services is actually an AI robot that could not careless and just keeps sending identical generic messages of no help other than to say an A.I version of 'Not interested' We are talking a £1.99 item here i hasten to add and will buy one elsewhere but HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service robot. You have been warned what to expect

My parcel was left outside my door by the courier instead of being handed to anyone, and it was never received. The delivery photo itself shows it left unattended. When I contacted INIU, they refused a refund or replacement, blamed the courier and told me to go to the police instead. Their reply also appeared to be a copy pasted template, as it was addressed to a completely different customer by name 'Samad', which is concerning from a data protection point of view.

Scam scam scam! Do not order! Ordered a bulk order for an upcoming event, never received the order and company now refusing to replace or refund! A lot of money lost and now I’m having to bring the company to court! If you want to lose your money, then order! However if you want to lower the risk of losing out, order from a more reputable company like Anker! What’s even worse is they said they would love to refund and then changed their mind the day after, clearly do not care about their customers and do not treat their customers fairly!

Have tried both INIU Powerbank 20K mAh & 10K mAh with built in cable . It's compact and convenient but won't charge your after few months. Have tried multiple outlets, cables and phones but didn't resolve the issue. Apparently INIU doesn't have any resolution for this other that replacing a different unit ( obviously with same issues) or partial reimbursement. Their tech support however is very responsive which is the only positive aspect. So be aware of the mediocre quality you are buying..as price is their main selling point . Also it make sense now why they have a 3 Year long warranty. Also note they they only keep the 3 year warranty from the first order date. So if things didn't workout be ready to end up with a bunch of faulty powerbank units with no option to repair or to get a fully refund

Hi, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after experiencing issues with two of our power banks. While we believe this may be an isolated experience rather than a reflection of the expected lifespan of our products, we understand that having two units fail has understandably affected your confidence in our brand. We’d also like to check whether you’ve successfully received a replacement. If not, please contact our dedicated support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to look into your case and help you explore the available options. If you’ve already received a replacement, we sincerely hope it serves you reliably for years to come and helps restore your confidence in INIU. Thank you again for giving our products a chance and for sharing feedback that helps us improve.

I contacted INIU by e-mail on 10/9/26 about a power bank I had from them which had stopped working unfortunately. A staff member called Karlin replied very swiftly in just over an hour’s time. Karlin was extremely helpful, prompt and thoughtful. Throughout the whole experience, Karlin was very kind and supportive too. I was posted a replacement power bank quickly. The whole customer service experience with INIU was faultless and so quick and efficient. Thank you so, so much for everybody’s help and support at INIU.
