Reached out via chat to find the right solution for our custom product. Steve was extremely helpful and gave me the direction I needed. Looking forward to working with Inkedibles to take care of our wholesale and b2b customers.

Not thrilled. The color was poor. My white tones were blue. Shipping communication was poor. Informed if delivery which did not happen as stated, tracking number was wrong. After a couple attempts to resolve the issue the item arrived with not enough time to get it corrected. Customer service representative apologized and trued to give an excuse for bad coloring but this did not help my dilemma. I wish them well. I understand human error and business mishaps all too well. Blessings

Thank you to Robert Williams for helping me with my order, quick responses and follow-ups! The photo I sent in looked perfect and was delivered quick. I got many compliments (used on cupcakes) and will definitely be ordering again.

I cant review the product , as I have not used or received it yet. But the website is clean and user friendly. Prices are fair and product is FD&C compliant. Very excited and will update review if trust pilot allows. used customer service and spoke to David Smith to obtain tracking number, as I didnt receive an order confirmation number from Inkedibles when order was placed. David Smith was quick to chat and reply back to my issue. Gave me a tracking number and advised on status of order. Thank you David for the great service.

Unfortunately due to the carrier I did not receive my order so I can't speak on the quality of the product at this time. What I can say is that the customer service is excellent and each time that I called they were polite and thorough in helping me track down my order. I was treated so well that when the need arises, I will be back to place another order.
