Innago offers a cloud-based property management platform for landlords with small to midsize property portfolios. With Innago, users can collect rent, manage leases, collect signatures and manage tenants. From day one, we’ve met and collaborated with these small-to-mid-sized landlords to produce an application they actually want to use. We’ve avoided unnecessary features and focused on saving you time.Too many property management applications are overwhelming, bloated with features that drive up the cost and turn their software “solution” into a software problem. If you feel you’ve lost a competitive edge to larger landlords with modern features, or you simply want to streamline your rental management process, you’ve come to the right place. Our mission is to make renting simple, accessible, and affordable for landlords of any size.

I’ve been searching for an affordable rent collection management software. I tried a few paid options, but none of them performed well. I decided to try Innago mainly to save on monthly fees — and I’m honestly surprised by how good it is, especially considering it’s free.

It just works. This software does what it needs to do and it does those things well. The basic features are all free, but there are some pay features I have not tried. Though I have been tempted as the cost seems reasonable and they seem useful. I just don't need them yet though.

Great software for small to larger rental management companies! Free to use, easy rent collection and communication with tenants.

I have two units and this has worked well so far to manage the aspects I need help with. There are features I don't use since I already have a built-in network to support (i.e. maintenance requests through direct communication channels), but overall it's what I'll continue to use since it seems great for larger scale. I haven't had to request customer support, so would suggest that as evidence it works well.

This platform came highly recommended from a coworker, and it was as good as promised. It made background/credit checks easy and quick. Tons of tools for property managers. Highly recommended!

We started using Innago recently and found that it fulfills our needs very well. It is easy to navigate and customer support is very helpful when we run into a snag. We would highly recommend this software for landlords who are hands on with their rental properties.

Great product and program. Very user friendly and easy to use. The set up was simple for both me and my tenants. Payment tracking is simple.
