You have a great product. But you have all the wromg people om your staff. I was lied to by yoir sales womem. Then i called in with a problem with my machine and the guy treated.me like dirt

It has made life so much easier. Getting out again has made life more satisfying. Easy to use. Very easy to carry.

I am 82+ years old, have emphysema, and have probably been exposed to COVID19 by a younger family member. But, i also have both an Inogen G4 and a G5 which i am using 22-24/7 to keep my lungs and my soul from becoming more stressed. I use the G5 when I'm sitting or sleeping and the G4 when I'm doing household chores or taking a good walk. Thank you, Inogen!

Very good product, works well, portable and dependable. One design flaw; on the older models the connector for the oxygen tubing came out the side. The newer models has that connector coming straight up from the top of the unit, and from that angle the tubing easily bends over and kinks off, especially when walking or moving. That needs to be fixed.

This unit works so well and quietly, plus it's easy to transport. I really love it and appreciate my family for making it possible. I can place it on a night table, bed, chair or whatever and it just purrs. I Have accidentally had it fall onto the floor as well, and it didn't even hiccup. Obviously it's very well made! Very convenient and easy to use. My mom only uses it at night.

Sales were polite and timely. Am not wondering if we were mislead, as I a seeing numerous commercials that medi-care will pay for the O2 machines which we paid for "out of pocket"? What say you???
