I have used the device for about two months and I have found it easy and helpful to use. I have had several system errors the last two weeks. After removing and Re-inserting the power cable and battery pack It returns to normal. Why this is happening is a puzzle. Otherwise I am so far satisfied with my Inogen’s performance.

My only complaint about my Inogen is the weight of the unit. I am a 76 year old and can’t carry a purse and Inogen at the same time.

I love my inogen. It gives me the confidence that I can go outdoors and not have to lug the heavy bottles around. Plus I'm going to be flying and can take it on the airplane with me. Best investment I have ever made.

I LOVE my Inogen. I only use once it twice a day. I keep it on my desk while I am working on "Stuff". I really enjoy having it.

I have the Inogen 4 and my biggest disappointment is that the batteries at setting two have only half the battery life. I have two 5 hour and one 3 hour battery and I only get half that time with a full charge. Also I think the extra battery charger should be included when you buy the unit, because it seems I am always needing to charge one or more at a time. And the cost of the extra battery charger is very high priced. Also I always have to change the 7 ft hose quite often as it kinks where it attached to the unit. The Inogen 5 which came out last year is supposed to have longer battery life, but why can't you develop batteries for the Inogen 4, because I cannot afford to buy a new unit every time you upgrade. Very easy to take on a trip and get through the airports with. I only need it PRN, However when traveling I need it at night and at altitudes above 5500 ft. . The battery life appears ok as long as there is an electrical outlet that you can use after about 3 hours.. A longer life would be helpful at times.
