The class was every informing. The instructor told us a lot of information. She made you feel comfortable in what you needed to do.

Because of Covid we had the option to take the class and written test online. Once that was complete you went to a location to do an in person test. It was AWESOME!!! The teacher was great and you were in and out in 30 mins!!!! I’ve done this for over 18 yrs and this was hands down the BEST!!!!

I recently renewed my BLS Provider and can't say enough about how efficient the process was. I did the online portion and then went for the in-person part in York. I loved the one on one feedback and being able to get right to the mannequins, as well as not having to spend a good chunk of the day watching videos. I hope when I have to renew again, I'll have the same hybrid option! As always, the instructor was knowledgeable and good natured. Even though my job offers renewal free of charge, I continue to renew at In-pulse for the convenience of several classes and locations to choose from.

Terry is a great instructor. This is the third time I have used In-pulse. Class is informative and easy to get through. Will be using In-pulse when I need to renew my BLS again in 2 years
