The technician, Junior Feugou, was very professional and was thorough in his inspection. Very honest - asked me to stay around as he did the work inside the house. He explained everything and specified again that if after two weeks the problem hadn't diminish, to call again and they would come back. I appreciated that.

Matthew came out and did our lawn in the initial application. We found another tick and asked for help. He came back out and worked with my wife to verify where it was found and to ensure ongoing protection. My wife was initially concerned about the ticks because it was a new housing development, with many ways for them to get onto our dogs and us, but now we feel we are so much better protected and ongoing support.
