Good process except you could do with fewer emails. One to confirm the sale, another to give the download and activation code.

License activation is done directly at our software registration window by inserting the license Activation key at the "Activation key" input box and then by hitting the "Activate" button. License activation and deactivation instructions are freely available at the Download section of our website.

Awesome tech assistance. Needed to get directions on how to transfer my license to a new PC, and got the answer in the same hour. And that was on a weekend! Probably I was just lucky... :)))

Awesome technical support, CMS IntelliCAD was failing to run properly but the CMS support was able to identify the problem at my system that was caused by NORTON Antivirus. It was unduly blocking me from running CMS IntelliCAD. CMS contacted NORTON AV and they acknowledge the problem at their software. The issue was identified and resolved in less than 5hours. Hats Off guys!

After well considerating, CMS IntelliCAD 9.2 PE Plus was chosen as the successor to my CAD software. It has a license for 2 seats. First I was not able to register the second seat, but after my question by e-mail it worked within a minute. Now it works on my 2 windows PCs and I can also open the 3d drawings on other android devices with their free app. In addition to the 2 seat license it has a AEC toolbox for easy drawing stairs, doors and windows.

If you lose your installation due to a bad Windows update and you need to restore your Windows system, you must purchase a support package to recover your CMS IntelliCAD activation. I don't mind paying for software, but I don't like paying twice just for activating already purchased software!

Let's not mislead readers. We do never request users to pay twice for the license they have purchased. That's a misperception on your part. As you should be aware of, our license control system for standalone versions provides a self-service license transfer at the HELP menu. Plus, it grants 2 license activations, precisely to get users covered if facing a issue like you're reporting. If our software does not allow you to reactivate the license again then it means that such available activations has been used and a 3rd activation is being attempted. That's not covered by the EULA agreements users opt-in to. It's recommend not to disregard the license management requirements that users are duly informed both a the order confirmation email message and also the EULA terms users opt-in when downloading and installing our software.
