The Intercom team has been very responsive and helpful whenever I have had questions about getting the best out of the platform. Intercom is a great tool for interacting with clients, with a user-friendly interface.

Let's be honest their product is good but it is now very expensive and they don't care about their customers. We used their product for years and were paying several thousand USD per year, they started first to change the way they display their logo, making their auto-promotion even more visible that the conversation box. Then they changed their price structure without real prior notice and giving us only 90 days to move out or accept. The price of the app more than doubled. At the end we had a less effective product at more than 2 times the price. After contacting them they basically refused to do anything significant. They say they care about their customers but it is not true, they only care about the money they can get from their current customers as they know it is a pain to move out. I would not recommend to start working with them.

Intercom has a clean, intuitive UI making it simple to complete tasks. Their tutorial videos and tours that teach you how to use their software give you insight into what you can do for your own. Their support team has also been very helpful and courteous.

I love intercom! The more I learn about the product, the more I love it. It really helps us to streamline our interactions with customers and gives us a lionseye view of the team, call volume, and product trends. I'm really excited to see what we can accomplish with Product Tours, now that we have implemented those.

The intercom platform is great, but could be better. I had some issues with the platform that includes bugs, long loadings etc. Also it would be nice to have a way to edit the automatic messages in the operator.
