We really like how intercom brings interaction to our website. The one issue we have is that its kind of hard to find what you are looking for when logged into Intercom. It takes me 4 tries to figure out where the automated messages are or where we can add more users. Very confusing.

Many apps can be great but Intercom is excellent because of its people. I've used Intercom for 2 years and if I have any questions or issues I can get help that actually cares about my experience and my application. There may be other applications but my preference is definitely Intercom! Thanks!

Probably the best tool I ever used We use Intercom in many different ways and it's a joy to work with this tool. They are continuously building exciting new features and it's much more than a chat support for us.

Really nice and clear tool for efficient work:) Only thing that I would be missing is the cc-ing feature for existing messages. And sometimes when someone is replying to an already existing thread it's pretty hard to keep track of the messages. Maybe a stack of tabs would be a good solution? But other then that I pretty satisfied. Keep up the good job!:D

Overall it's a great tool! It becomes expensive faster than your company grows, but if you ditch the stuff that doesn't bring you any return, you can reduce the price.

Intercom is the one tool that we couldn't live without - it has made such a huge difference to how close we are to our customers. All our customer support, onboarding and product feedback is done through Intercom. We can quickly and easily look up who uses our product and how they are using it, all interactions we've had with them, etc - it really is central to how we interact with our customers and helps us build a better product.
