In The Cut Woods customer service is world class. My paddle got lost when shipped and they contacted me prior to me being able to reach out and already had followed up with the post office. He also continued to reach out until the paddle arrived. My wife and I love the quality of the paddle and will be recommending “In The Cut Woods” to anyone looking to get a quality paddle made!!!!
