the sign up and to open the account is nothing short of a nightmare it’s still not complete and it should not take this long to do!! this is garbage and not a good look for a company trying to set up businesses with insurance accounts and a really bad look

This is the worst company. They are a shill for big business clients. My car was damaged by awning that was not fastened at a Wendy's in north carolina. The wendys manager told me they would "take care of it". They then gave me intrepid's information. Intrepid said there was no negligence on Wendy's part because it was stormy that night. What? No other building had pieces flying off of it damaging people's cars. The awning showed no evidence of being "torn" off the building. I believe it was just sitting on the roof and blew off. I can't afford to fight these fools. Don't deal with them. They won't provide information unless it fits their predetermined notions. Alejandro at intrepid then went to tell me the damage looked like just normal wear and tear to him. MORONS!!!!

I was told there was a zero increase which was in fact untrue. We are getting less coverage for more money. This all became known without enough time to shop other options. Very disappointed to say the least. I will be getting other quotes to either replace or at renewal. I won’t be fooled again.

Insurance increased by 40% which is substantial. I would be changing to another insurance recommended by Marco’s corporate.
