It’s very easy to set up, and the forecast settings are easy to adjust. All in all, a good option for e-commerce.

I had some difficulties about getting the accurate forecast numbers and Jordan figured out what the issue was and explained to me via video call. It was really helpful. I think I know what my team should do from now on.

I would like to sincerely thank Jordan Milne for the outstanding support he provided in resolving the issue we experienced with Inventory Planner. Jordan was highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand the issue, investigated it carefully, and followed up with us until everything was fully resolved and working correctly. What I appreciated most was his commitment, patience, and continuous follow-up. He made sure the issue was completely resolved rather than simply providing a quick response. A special thank you to Jordan Milne for his excellent support and dedication. This level of customer service gives us great confidence in Inventory Planner and makes a real difference in our overall experience. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a really positive experience with Inventory Planner. It’s a great platform with excellent reporting, strong PO management, and the ability to easily create transfers. We’ve been able to utilise it in many different ways across our business, making it a really valuable tool for our team. The chat bot is also really helpful for troubleshooting general enquiries, and the customer support has been fantastic. A special shout-out to Chan, our Customer Service Manager, who genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond to help. Most enquiries are addressed quickly, which makes a big difference. The only downside for us is the time difference between Australia and the UK if we need to speak to someone directly, although most issues are resolved promptly. It would also be great to see improved sync times and performance during peak times. Overall, we’re very happy with Inventory Planner and the support we receive.

Thank you for such a detailed review! It's great to hear the reporting, PO management, and transfer functionality have made Inventory Planner a valuable tool across many parts of your business, and that the chatbot has been helpful for quick troubleshooting too. A special thank you for the shout-out to Chan. Genuinely caring and going above and beyond is exactly what we want our Customer Success team known for, and we'll make sure he hears this. We also appreciate you flagging the time difference between Australia and the UK, along with the note on sync times and performance at peak. That's valuable feedback, and we'll be sure it gets in front of the right teams as we continue improving.

Easy to navigate. Straightforward to switch from brand to brand and amend required time period for sales data. Not an expert by any means, training call scheduled next week. Customer service very helpful

We run a curated DTC outdoor and lifestyle catalogue, so buying decisions are unforgiving — get it wrong and you're either sitting on dead stock or out of your best sellers. Inventory Planner has made those calls far more confident. The connectivity with our WMS is the foundation of it. Stock positions, inbound deliveries and sales data all flow through cleanly, so the buying recommendations are based on what's actually in the warehouse rather than a snapshot from last week. That single sync has saved us hours of reconciliation every month. What's kept us on it is how much you can tailor. Lead times, safety stock, seasonality, replenishment rules by brand and category — nothing is locked into someone else's idea of how our business should work. We've shaped the forecasting around our own buying cycles rather than the other way round. The customer support deserves a mention of its own. Responses are fast, come from people who clearly understand inventory planning rather than reading from a script, and they've helped us configure things properly rather than just closing tickets. That's rare. Highly recommended for any e-commerce business that's outgrown spreadsheets.

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! It's great to hear that the WMS connectivity has become the foundation of your buying confidence, with stock positions, inbound deliveries, and sales data flowing cleanly so recommendations reflect what's actually in the warehouse rather than a snapshot from last week. We're also glad the flexibility around lead times, safety stock, seasonality, and replenishment rules by brand and category has let you shape the forecasting around your own buying cycles, exactly as it should be. Thank you too for the kind words on support. Fast responses from people who genuinely understand inventory planning, and who help you get things configured properly rather than just closing tickets, is exactly the standard we aim for. Thanks as well for the recommendation to businesses outgrowing spreadsheets. We really appreciate it!

IP team is quick in responding on questions and thinks with the customer about potential solutions. If I want to plan a meeting it often happens within the same week.

Teresa is incredible. Extremely dedicated and on top of things, with timely updates without my ever having to ask. She was even nice to me when I temporarily forgot my manners and got rude! She answered my stupid questions with patience, hustled the engineering team for a fix, and followed up with me regularly even without me pushing her. Very happy with my experience.
