Very helpful, and kept me informed of progress, even though there was a big delay in solving the issue but IP was waiting for an answer from a different source. At least the issue is fixed and working well.

There were a few misunderstandings at the beginning during the onboarding process but when Teo Necula was put in charge of our account, everything got ironed out and all issues were solved diplomatically and fairly which we appreciated so much. We were so happy that we extended to work with Inventory Planner for another 2 years after our first year.
