On my 2nd order of B12 the pharmacy sent the worong needle size. Aliyah was helpful and assured me they would send the correct size needle

I had just received the prescription last week on March 2 or 3, 2023 that I ordered on February 17th. Then on March 3, 2023 I was charged on my bank account $228 for the next prescription that I wouldn't need for another month. When I tried to call help line, no one answered, so I left a voice message. But, no one has called back

They charged me the day I spoke with the provider and I was told it would take 2 days to 14 days to receive my first months supply. However in two days it will be 24 days and the web portal shows that it’s still at the pharmacy. My concern is not only have I not started taking it but I am going to get charged for the 2nd month and it won’t arrive in time. No communication from them as to a delay.
