We received your order request on January 15, 2023 and you were billed on January 18, 2023. It has only been one week since your order was processed. It took 10 days to even get a response, and then I was turned down. I could have been looking elsewhere for help in those 10 days.

We apologize for your experience, and understand how important it is for you to get your medication within your own timeframe, however we are experiencing longer than expected processing times with our pharmacy. We do ask that our patients allow up to one to two weeks to receive their medications, which is listed on the website and the email that is sent out with the order confirmation. Our system shows that your tracking information is available and the package will be arriving soon, so long as there are no delays caused by weather for the shipping company.
