iPaintingsReviews of ipaintings.com

The quality of the painting is outstanding! It’s obvious that the artist Mr. Hastings took the time to replicate every brushstroke. The attention to detail was phenomenal, especially since it was being put on a 48 x 60 canvas.A very beautiful piece that hangs above my couch.

Quality and service

We are the proud owners of 8 paintings from iPaintings and happy about each one received. Our newest acquisition Hunters In The Snow by Bruegel was exquisitely painted. Don’t go anywhere else for high quality paintings.

I had a wonderful experience with iPaintings and am extremely pleased with my beautiful hand-painted oil reproduction of Christ in the Storm on the Lake of Galilee. My original painting unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, including damage to both the frame and the stretcher supporting the canvas. I contacted iPaintings immediately, and Lowell responded promptly, apologized, and took care of the situation without hesitation. They commissioned an entirely new oil painting for me on priority status at no additional cost and made sure the replacement was packaged much more securely. The new painting arrived safely and in perfect condition, and it is absolutely beautiful. You can truly see the artistry and work that went into this hand-painted reproduction. It is now framed and proudly hanging on my wall, and I couldn’t be happier with it. What impressed me just as much as the painting itself was the way iPaintings stood behind their product. Problems can happen during shipping, especially with large framed artwork, but the way a company responds says a great deal about them. Lowell and the iPaintings team made it right from beginning to end. Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and a company that stands behind its work. 5 stars and highly recommended.

This is a strange review. I never got the oil painting I ordered. It was a copy of Claude Monet's "Aganthus Flowers." It never arrived. I thought it was because I made a mistake and the payment never went through. When I read my bank statement I discovered to my dismay that I was charged almost $500 for a painting and frame I never got. I called the company. The answer machine said I should send an e-mail, which I did Friday afternoon. At noon the following Monday, I still hadn't heard from the company. I was just about to call when the phone rang. It was Carrie from iPaintings responding to my email. I told her I had already ordered a print of the same painting for less money from another company, and it was hanging on my wall. I asked if iPainting would negate my charge as I don't need two copies, one oil and one print, of the same painting. They refunded my money and couldn't have been nicer. They deserve their high reputation. In a day when you never know what you will get ordering on the internet, it is comforting to know some companies still believe in honest personal service. Things go wrong. You need to buy from companies you can trust who admit they made mistakes and correct them. iPaintings is fortunately one of those companies. One last tip for anyone buying over the internet: Use a credit card, not a debit card. In the worst-case scenario, you can always cancel a credit card if someone ripped you off. You can't do that with a debit card. If iPaintings didn't do the right thing, I couldn't do anything about it to get my money back. All I could do would be to write a bad review. I am glad to write a good review. They deserve it.

I would like to thank Lowell for the Great Communication First! I ordered a copy of George Washington at Verplanck's Point What a Marvelous Painting!! The Artist was able to convey the Meaning and Beauty of the Original John Trumbull Style!! Wonderful! Thank You to the IPainting Team! Chris
