This brand and their clip-ins are on another level! They're super easy to apply and they do not damage your hair — which is so important. The hair is 100% natural, soft, and absolutely beautiful. I'm obsessed with how natural it looks on me! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the dark brown clip in extensions for my thinning brown hair and I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived! So much hair, so easy to use and clip in, arrived fast and am excited to play with my hair and styling it with my clip ins. The color match was perfect as was the length for my hair.

Not happy with the return policy. There was a hair net around the piece that I removed to see the actual color of the product. Now I can’t return it. The color wasn’t as described on the website. In addition you are automatically charged a monthly subscription that you have to cancel.

Regarding the VIP membership, this is added only if, at checkout, the VIP pricing option is selected instead of choosing “Continue without membership.” The membership can be canceled at any time, and any unused or stored credit on the account will be fully refunded by our customer service team. As for the return policy, each hair extensions set includes a sample weft packed separately, specifically so customers can check the color and texture before opening the main set. To remain eligible for a return, the sample weft must be kept in the same condition as received. Once the black seal attached to the main side of the tube is removed, the set can no longer be returned due to hygiene regulations we must comply with for hair products. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially if the color wasn’t what you expected, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. 1. I want to state I don’t write reviews but I feel this is very important to speak on! I got jet black, 20” classic clip in set so around $200. Mind you this is a lot for me as I am disabled and work from home. 2. Straight out the package they state on the website it’s 100% human hair, I’ve worked before my disability in cosmetology and have bought many different brands of extensions and these felt like straight hay from a barn. I decided to give them a wash maybe it was a protective seal or something, in expensive sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and dried it on LOW. 3. When installing I noticed how heavy they dealt which human hair in the past clip in wise I never had an issue with. The ends refused to curl, I could not curl them what so ever. Even trying to keep them untangled was a battle itself. It’s very disheartening to read these reviews, have a horrible experience and be out of $200. I just wanted to feel pretty again after having to cut my hair short. And now I’m unhappy and it’s extremely upsetting.

The hair u got from here is very good compared to another popular company. I am so excited because I am a very light strawberry blonde and most hair companies don’t carry us but the blonde bayalage here is spot on to my hair color. I bought the clip ins and they are thick and soft and curl well.

These extensions are high quality. Since my first order, I've been very impressed. They last a long time and don't get damaged with proper care; the hair will last for ages. What I also really appreciated was that when I needed to make a change, their staff was always attentive, providing me with the correct instructions, and the process was very quick. The best option for hair extensions!

loveeeee the clips ons!! these are soo easy to put on and the color match was spot on. i the same length as my hair length to make it more voluminous because i like to have a bit more volume in the back and all around. these reason i like these is beause theyre super easy to put on and look and feel natural. the hair is sooo soft and the color match is perfect. im in love thank you irresistible me!!
