Doesn’t work well with wind. 1/2 the time the pattern is going long onto my neighbors yard, and so on the other side it is short in covering my yard. If there is no wind, it works ok, but unfortunately we have just as many windy days as non-windy, so I would not recommend this product to anyone.

It was definitely not a DIY. A couple of the 2 heads don't put out water to the same capacity as the others. So I still have to get the hose out to water areas of the yard.

Hi Cherie, the pressure to each Irrigreen sprinkler head is the same. If you are seeing differences in spray distance, this sounds like you may have some sediment build up. Cleaning the screens in each head should resolve the issue. If you want to reach out to our support team at [email protected], they will be happy to walk you through the process of cleaning the screens. Thanks, Darren

I was really excited when I purchased the system purchasing. It was easy and it shipped relatively quickly. My sales person was an absolute joke. He would call me and immediately hang up. I’m pretty sure it was just to log a call or something on his end that he reached out to me. I would call him back and when he did answer, he asked if there was anything he could help with and I would explain that he just called me lol. With regards to the system installation was great. Instructions are great. My problem with the system is super sensitive to water pressure even if I lower the pressure on my valve going to the heads depending on the time of day it will either over shoot by two or 3 feet or will water short by two or 3 feet. It never waters exactly where you say. Its not even close. I would not recommend the system. I would not buy it again and I waste more water now trying to get the system set up or coming home and seeing that it watered my entire fence or that it has only water partial of the yard. I ended up buying a separate old-fashioned rainbow sprinkler just to keep my yard watered properly last Do not buy, given the chance again I would not buy it.

Hi Jon, consistent water pressure is important for the heads to maintain a consistent spray distance (as with all sprinkler systems). Good news is based on what you have shared here, it sounds like there are a couple options available to significantly improve the accuracy. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can chat through a few opportunities. Thanks, Darren

This is not a DIY sprinkler system unless you happen to be a plumber and can hook into your water main.

Hi Kevin, Irrigreen systems are significantly easier and faster to install compared to traditional irrigation systems. Like all systems, hook up to the main waterline and a backflow device are required. We encourage our customers to bring in licensed plumbers as needed to support the installation process. Trenching and laying pipe is the bulk of the work and many of our customers opt to do that piece on their own. We hope you are enjoying the finished system. Thanks, Darren

I bought the product and trusted the company when you said there would be support where I live. Turns out it was not true, so I had to install traditional sprinklers to get the yard in and wet to comply with building requirements. Sadly, I spent A LOT of money on your product and it’s still sitting in a box!

Hi David, Sorry to hear about your experience. Not clear what happened here. While we have 100’s of Certified Installers across the US, there is nothing preventing an irrigation installer from installing an Irrigreen system. We recommend contacting our team if you are having trouble finding an installer or working directly with one of our certified installers. Please reach out to our support team if there is anything we can do to help. Thanks, Darren

I had one good season with it and then the head stopped working. I’m back to using a hose end sprinkler.

Hi Robert, I understand you had a faulty sprinkler head. We inspect and test every head before they are shipped but sounds like this one slipped through. This is still covered under warranty and we want to work with you to resolve the issue. Please reach out to support at [email protected] and we’ll work with you on a resolution. Thanks, Darren
