When I submitted my project for formatting, Guy was all over it. He acted swiftly and kept me apprised every step of the way and was very concerned that I was satisfied with the work, piece-by-piece. He communicated with me, listened to me and understood what it was I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for better service, I was satisfied completely.

Easy interface to navigate, thanks! But your pricing was what drew me to your website. A simple number shouldn't be so darn expensive.

Incredibly easy to use and lighting fast. I thought it would take much longer to get an isbn number but your website made it easy. I like that I could upload the cover of the book, too.

I had a couple of questions in different emails. My questions were answered immediately. The explanation was clear and concise. Usually, companies keep you waiting after you made a purchase, but ISBNdirect did not.
