I got a personal email from Ivana the owner and she answered all my questions personally and was really helpful. You don’t often get an owner reaching out personally. It was really much appreciated. Great product and great owner.

They launched a product on Kickstarter and have not fulfilled. Furthermore, the charge for shipping was double that of the estimate. The delay currently stands at 3 months. They ignore all emails and contacts made via website contact form.

Purchase a pillow for $119 on one of their Kickstarter projects that was never delivered. I was able to reverse the additional $28 shipping charge. No contact on Kickstarter or their website. Don't buy from them. Update: After writing this review, they finally contacted me and sent me my pillow.
