Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that all of our online store orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, with most orders going out within 24 hours. For crowdfunding campaigns, the timeline is a bit different. Backers are supporting a product before it’s fully manufactured, which means production and fulfillment take additional time (estimated times and any delays updates are transparent). That said, we have completed shipping all products to date and have been successfully running crowdfunding projects for over a decade. We’ve requested additional information from you through this platform, such as email or order number, so we can verify your claim and assist you, but we haven’t received a response yet. You’re also welcome to reach out directly to us at [email protected], and we’ll make sure to prioritize your case. We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we hope you get to experience the product and see the care we put into it. Love, The Ivana Designs Team ❤️

Hi Mario, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. If your crowdfunding survey is completed, we are confident your order has been shipped. All of our online store orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We’ve tried to reach out through this platform for additional information such as your order number or email so we can verify your claim and assist you, but haven’t received a response yet. Without these details, it’s difficult for us to even confirm your order status. It’s also unfair to label us a “scam” when we haven’t been given the information needed to properly assist. Please feel free to reach out to us through this platform or directly at [email protected]. Once we have your details, we’ll prioritize your case and make sure everything is resolved. We are looking forward for you to experience the quality of our products. Love, The Ivana Designs Team

Hi Bruce, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience with the 3D Pillow project left you feeling frustrated. That campaign did face several unexpected challenges during production and fulfillment, and we understand how disappointing the delays and communication gaps must have been. We also want to sincerely thank you for supporting Ivana Designs across multiple projects prior to that one. Long-time customers like you are incredibly important to us, and it’s never our intention for anyone to feel ignored or taken for granted. Since your last update mentioned that you eventually received your 3D pillow, we wanted to check in and see how the product has been performing for you since then. If there is anything that still needs attention or if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to help. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can review your account and assist you personally. Our goal is always to make sure our customers are happy with their products and experience, and we hope we can earn back your confidence. If we’re able to resolve things in a way that leaves you satisfied, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review and star rating to reflect your experience. Lots of love, The Ivana Designs Team ❤️

Hi Roy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your dispute was filed on January 4th and a full refund was issued to you. Because of this, no product was shipped to you. Please note that crowdfunding pledges are not traditional online store purchases with guaranteed 1–2 day shipping. When pledging on Kickstarter, backers agree to support a creative project in development, with the understanding that timelines may shift and fulfillment is dependent on the production process. This is outlined clearly in Kickstarter’s Terms of Use, which emphasize that pledges are a way to support creators in bringing projects to life, not a guaranteed retail transaction. That said, the Infinity Sponge has actually been one of our fastest projects to fulfill. We began shipping in November 2024 as promised, and kept backers updated with multiple shipping posts on November 21, November 30, December 8, and January 9. You can view all updates here: 👉 https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ivanadesigns/infinity-sponge-zero-odor-anti-cut-and-heat-resistant/posts We understand you felt frustrated with shipping fees. Please note that these fees were calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and international carrier rates. For most shipping carriers temporary price increases go into effect October 5 and remain in place through January 18. Backers also had the option to provide their own carrier if preferred. We truly wish you had experienced the Infinity Sponge yourself, as thousands of backers have already received their products and shared very positive feedback. Our team has successfully fulfilled over 30+ crowdfunding campaigns, serving more than 40,000 backers worldwide, and we remain committed to delivering high-quality products with transparency and care. We respect your decision to withdraw from the project, but we kindly ask that false claims (such as “no delivery” or “no updates”) be reconsidered, as the record of updates and fulfillment is clear. Love, The Ivana Designs Team ❤️

Dear Ronny, We take your concerns seriously and would like to respectfully clarify some key points. Per your request with our support team, your pledge refund was fully processed on January 10th 2025, which means your order has not been shipped. You have been notified at that time, however if you would like confirmation of this refund, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]. As stated clearly during our campaign (in description of each reward), shipping is not included in pledge amounts and is charged separately at the time of fulfillment, based on delivery location, weight, and current carrier rates. In your case, the rate reflected the shipment of three sponges, not a single item. We also allow backers to use their own shipping solutions if they find a lower rate, as part of our commitment to fairness and transparency. Referring to us as a “scam” is inaccurate. Our company has successfully fulfilled multiple crowdfunding projects, maintained consistent communication, and gone above and beyond to support backers throughout the process. We kindly ask that you consider withdrawing this false claim, as it does not reflect the facts of your experience. If you still wish to receive your products instead of the refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with priority and make it happen. 🚚 We truly hope you will get to experience the quality of our products and the love we pour into creating them. Love, The Ivana Designs Team ❤️

Dear Murixbob, Thank you for sharing your feedback. All of your pillows were shipped and delivered, and your final add-on Bamboo/Pure Silver pillowcases were delivered on June 17 at 10:08 AM. We hope you are now enjoying them as a complete set. Please note that the Ice Silk Pillowcase provides a cool touch on contact, while the Bamboo/Pure Silver Pillowcase offers zero-odor, self-cleaning properties for ongoing freshness. We understand that delays can be frustrating (we certainly don’t want them either) and have made every effort to keep backers informed throughout the production process with transparent updates, photos, and videos. Regarding shipping, we always aim to provide accurate estimates based on location, package weight, and the chosen fulfillment method. While third-party carrier rates can vary, we strive to offer fair solutions and transparent communication throughout the process. We also welcome suggestions from backers who find alternative shipping solutions that work better for them. We’d also like to clarify how the Alpha Pillow 3D’s cooling technology works. Unlike traditional memory foam pillows that can trap heat, our pillow incorporates advanced cooling elements in its core, combined with a breathable structure and silver-infused pillowcases. This design allows heat to dissipate on contact, providing a cooler sleep experience while maintaining the supportive feel of memory foam. If you would like more information or need any support, we are always available at [email protected]. We would love to work with you to ensure your satisfaction and improve your experience with our products. ❤️ We truly appreciate your support and feedback, which helps us continue improving our products. We hope you are enjoying the full benefits of the Alpha Pillow 3D and the care we put into every design. Love, The Ivana Designs Team ❤️
