Deposits
On August 25th I made a polygon deposit for $100 and it was never deposited in my wallet. I reached out a dozen times after being told after 3 Business days I will receive an email from support which I didn’t. Yesterday on 9/4 I by mistake deposited an Alt crypto instead of USDC, I am hoping I hear back from them soon. In my other experiences with other online casinos these issues were taken care of within hours. I don’t know why they take so long.
