The first phase of work was robust and appropriately focused on building an inventory of demonstrable career achievements. This has provided an excellent foundation of content that greatly improves my articulation of professional value.

Dean and his team are wonderful partners to executives. They are extremely knowledgeable about the executive search process and provide hands on guidance for how to be found and present yourself the right way based on current recruiting practices (and algorithms). The process may seem intimidating at first, but stick with it and trust in Dean and team, as they are wizards at capturing your achievements and presenting them effectively. Highly recommend working with Dean and team for resume updates to get you to the next stage in your career. The Linkedin service is also a great way to get your profile in shape!

Dean has provided me with great advice and coaching and I have been able to put it all into action with the continued support of the team. I am learning a lot about the process of building a network and I am learning about my own abilities and weaknesses in the process. Every day I feel that I am building a solid foundation upon which my career will continue to grow. I strongly recommend working with this team!

Working with Dean has been an amazing and eye opening experience. More than just "redoing my resume" Dean helped me breakdown all my experiences in a way that shows value beyond anything I could have done on my own. Dean also helped me evaluate what I should be looking for in terms of benefits and compensation in future opportunities. I just wish I could give Dean and his team a 6 star review.
