I have a J365 Jacuzzi Hot Tub. A water pump failed within the 5 yr warranty period. Jacuzzi has predetermined that if there is a leaky seal, then the owner did not properly maintain the water chemistry and is the reason for the leaky seal and the pump failure. So, Jacuzzi will not honor the warranty. No evidence other than a leaky seal. DO NOT BUY from Jacuzzi. Buy another brand.

Very poor design of the skirting attachment. They used and angle to support the the skirting that trapped water which rotted out the lower base support struture. Out of warranty was the answer.

I’m writing this strictly about the commercial. Every time it comes on with Christina talkin, I literally cringe of embarrassment for her. She sounds so stupid and unrehearsed, like reading it from the cue card. Not convincing at all. You really need to take this commercial off!

Mi accodo anche io, purtroppo, alle recensioni negative per una Piscina Jacuzzi da esterno, il primo anno si è subito rovinato il legno che la ricopre, essendo in garanzia ci è stato sostituito gratuitamente, dopo tre anni (premetto usata pochissimo), non funzionavano più i bocchettoni dell'idromassaggio, assistenza latitante, alla fine con 2500 euro ma forse anche di più, potremmo risolvere il problema, impensabile una cifra del genere. Risultato? Ora abbiamo un grande catino in giardino dove metterci in ammollo! Assurdo!

I had a large whirlpool tub for 30 years. When we redid our bathroom, we went with a smaller tub by Jacuzzi. After a year, black mold starting coming out of the jets. I have tried everything and nothing works! Jacuzzi suggests that you buy their Whirlpool Tub Cleaner (not cheap) and use it after every bath. So you fill up the tub to take a bath, empty it, then refill it using their cleaner. This is a huge waste of water!!! Never again Jacuzzi! They are the worst. My old tub NEVER DID THIS IN 30 YEARS! I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS IF I COULD!

We own a Jacuzzi 235 which we found a crack in the shell in November 2025. We contacted customer services. James promptly arranged for an engineer to come out. Engineer attended and wrote his report we were told that customer services would be in touch to discuss a solution. We heard nothing and as you can't contact their customer contact centre direct we had to keep ringing the local Jacuzzi store to pass messages on to ask James to contact us. When we heard nothing we attempted to escalate it to someone higher up - eventually we heard from Stacey Raven with more false promises that they were 'looking into our situation and liaising with Jacuzzi in America' Despite us sending several emails and making several phone calls again to the local dealership we have STILL heard nothing and we have now not been able to use our hot tub for almost 3 months. Their service is an utter disgrace and I urge you to spend your money elsewhere than Jacuzzi. This whole process has been stressful and incredibly disappointed and is still unresolved.
