High pressure sales
They wanted $23,000 just to remodel my small shower and that didn't even include the shower door. The salesperson said it would only take a day. They spent an hour and a half trying to high pressure my wife.

Sadly this company apparently does the big bad marketing and then hands the jobs off without any concern for the customer. I got a shower done after contacting Jacuzzi almost two years ago. Sadly the third party vendor that they used to do the work did a nice job to start but their follow-up on the "lifetime" warranty has turned to crap. I have a door that does not work properly and after several attempts with the third party was able to have someone come out to "fix" it. Only he said he needed to get a part. That was two months ago and have not heard from them since. after weeks of trying I finally contacted Jacuzzi to get their help to get this resolved. The CSR's only suggestion was to send them an email. (Gee why didn't I think of that.) No other offer of assistance. This project was too damn much money for such poor poor service.

First and foremost, if you have this company remodel your bath area (only the bath area is done, not a complete bathroom remodel, which the commercial implies; this company doesn't do that kind of work) your bath area will be done with NO CITY PERMIT!!! So, if you try to sell the property; you might have a problem when the sales inspection is done. Just want everyone to know, what you might possibly come up against, if you want to sell your home in the future. Problems, problems, problems!!!!!!!!!!!

You prople do NOT need someone SCREAMING on tv on your commercial. With your name being JACUZZI BATH AND REMODEL. Try to remodel a bathtub in your commercials also. Not just showers. Shortening your advertising would help more plus try to make it more interesting to people. Your company doesn't need that many commercials because the length of it is boring that draws people away from watching it and buying your product. Maybe thats why you keep on with your advertising.

I will warn everyone who hasn’t tried to use them as an option. Please do not unless you want a very difficult first experience. They are a challenge to engage as it is very text or email driven and they have outlandish requirements of every homeowners being present. To that end, I told them one person would be there who was in control of design and decisions. They argued with me and then no-showed as we waited. They are shameful so do not be mislead, they want to sell you and they want everyone there to listen to their pressure selling. Ridiculous and I will not re-engage. Go somewhere else. If it starts rocky, it will end rocky. Make no mistake on that

We called Jacuzzi shower remodeling. A salesman came out immediately and started going through the process. We told him straight up we wanted the soft close doors and he stated all their doors were the same. He showed us a picture of how our shower would look and it showed the soft close doors. After everything was said we gave him a down payment, then he said make check payable to Love Your Bath. We questioned him and he said he was contracted with Jacuzzi. When the installer came out 7 weeks later, he called his super and told him that it was the wrong doors. He was instructed to put them in anyway. It was not the soft close doors in the picture. The salesman put regular doors in the description and when we tried to get it corrected, he said we had switched the picture with another company. Jacuzzi shower was the only people we called. We paid in full, however this company is desceptive. Do not do business with them. The warrenty is o good due to them not honoring the contract. The installer was marvelous, he I would recommend.

If you want a 2.5 hour presentation and a quote for double the price of other competitors then calll Jacuzzi. If you want to keep your hard earned money then pass. You will feel like you’re dealing with a car F&I closer when the salesperson comes in your house. They literally will not leave. Mine didn’t even have a car. She had to call for someone to pick her up. Lots of luck.

We had an issue with mold in one of our showers and even though it took some follow up on our end to get someone out to deal with the problem, they did and we are very happy with the results.
