Hi Jim, thank you for the great review! Being able to learn on your own schedule is one of the things we're most proud of — life is busy and your education shouldn't have to wait for a fixed schedule. We're so glad that worked well for you. Looking forward to seeing you in a future course!

The website is difficult to use compared to the sites ftom previous years.

Absolutely the worst. They advertise not paying before you complete and yet I was charged immediately. I tried reaching customer support and had no luck multiple days trying. Finally had to call my bank to challenge the charge and after weeks it was finally returned back without any explanation or apology for not getting back to my many emails. Do not use this service. I won’t mention the name of the service I used instead but was cheaper, quicker, and got my license within weeks. Again, do not use Jade Learning.

Hi Jaime, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We recently migrated to a new platform, and with that transition the format and timing of when course fees are due also changed. We are sorry if that was not communicated clearly enough on our website. If there is anything else we can help clarify or resolve, please don't hesitate to reach out.

New format requires increased memory retention

This is a much more difficult update than previous versions. I enjoy taking my time and spreading out the days to digest and understand code changes. It's much easier for me online.

You changed your format. I didn't like the new one.

Hi James, thank you for the honest feedback. We understand that changes to our format can be frustrating, especially when you're used to a certain experience. We're continuously improving based on input like yours and hope to win back your confidence with future courses.

Jade learning was my first pic for continuing education in the 1980s as a first time electrician. It was great then and now in 2026 I have renewed my license once again, the process was simple the questions were simple and to the point they didn't try to loose you or trick you with long drawn out paragraphs what I mean is this is not a reading contest or a information retention exam get to the point and answer. No extra questions that don't count towards your grade. I felt coferible and relaxed and confident of my answer very good learning and I would recommend there learning system to any individual or corporation. The jade learning center is a first class organization that keeps tradesmen on top of their field of interest and certified capable of handling anything presented to you by your employer.
