The reason for this score is due to the fact I had to call several times to the licensing bureau as well as to JADE. JADE did not send in my hours to Kentucky when I completed the courses.

Hi Isaac, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with your hour submission. We resubmitted your completion back in May and hope everything has since been resolved on your end. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns — we're happy to help and sorry again for the frustration this caused.

PLEASE READ!!! DONT GET BURNED LIKE I DID! I have been using jade learning for the last 20 years. apparently under new management? Not competitive and to difficult to work with any more. The person I spoke with told me that they were under new management!!! I personally think Jade Learning sold out to a corporation. Less support Higher profits! THIS IS NOT JADE LEARNING ANYMORE. THEY ONLY USE THEIR NAME WHICH THEY BOUGHT. TO ACCESS THEIR WEBSITE AFTER SIGNING UP YOU HAVE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT WEBSITE IT IS CALLED "FUSION,CERTUS.COM! will no longer be using their service!!!! 7-22-2026 Additionally, I am a Master Electrician in great standing of 32 as a master of 32 years I forgot to mention that the person whom I dealt with had a somewhat heavy foreign accent. Now they have sent me a canned response apology " hoping for the opportunity to earn my business back" After my conversation with them, I consider this another insult! That ship has sailed. NOTE: Beware the additional sales tactics $10 each to print PDF for course X3 = $30,NOTE; course is difficult and time consuming to navigate back to re read sections while taking the required Quiz at the end of a lot of reading. PDFs would greatly expedite this! Unless you have a photographic memory or a lot of extra time, THIS IS BY DESIGN $30 for each course1 For expedited reported reporting X3 = $90, 16 hour course 3 courses to total 16 hours $160 Total cost with options $30 + $90 + $160 = $280 There is a lot more competition out there to get your CEUs at competitive prices. Average cost for the required 16 hours for CEU in Montana $80 total. Electricians, do your homework before you purchase. This is not only about the cost it is the principal "they only care about the money" !!! FOOT NOTE: I have copied this and will post it as many times I deem necessary after seeing if it has been taken down and will continue to do so every two years when new CES are required!

I needed two more CEU's for a renewal requirement for my inspector's certificate. After completing the course, it was discovered that the course work credits were not accepted in Wisconsin. This process took several weeks to figure out, and Jade ended up refunding the course fee, which was appreciated, but I did waste 4 hours with the course. Not pleased.
