I believe there should be more time allowed. I paid another 50 and still wasn't able to make it to the end

Thank you for your feedback, Carl, and for your dedication as an electrician learner. We're sorry to hear that the time allotted wasn't sufficient and that the additional investment didn't get you to the finish line — that's genuinely frustrating. We've escalated your concern internally and will be reaching out to you directly to help make this right.

I have taken Jade learning CE for over 10 years. I have to say since the format changed it's bad. It's not user friendly and difficult to look at the question and research the answer. You could jump back and forth easily. Now not. I screen shot the question and then have to go back and find the answer and write it down separately. After that go to the end and insert my answers. Just make it better to go between the question and the research section.

Thank you for your long-term loyalty to Jade Learning, James! We're truly sorry to hear that the recent format change has made the experience less user-friendly. Your feedback about needing to navigate between the question and research sections is exactly the kind of insight we need. We're committed to improving the platform and will make sure this is shared with our development team. We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Great application for continuing education. I really enjoyed, you can do whatever you have time and most important from home, also you can save all the staff you learn. At the end you get a nice certificate. Recommend.
