I have used Jade for years to update my required CEUs for both my NH and Maine electrical licenses. I highly enjoy the format, flow and comprehensive information presented in these courses. PLUS - being able to do it at my convenience is PRICELESS.

Since the takeover of Fusion Certus, the interface, learning platform, design, website performance, content etc is absolutely just rubbish compared to the old Jade Learning.

Jade did not report my 14 hour course properly to DBPR, it took me hours on the phone with them and all they had to do was send a simple fax, they failed on reporting and customer service.

The complete platform has been changed. This course was not smart phone friendly. The field of view on a smart phone was horrendous. I reached out about this issue and was told by an AI assistant to use a different device to complete the course. Real helpful. I’ve only ever used Jade for my continuing education and I will no longer be doing that.

Have had trouble logging in my account every since they went to the new system. Have to email customer service to reset the account. Today and last time I used it for CEU courses.

We're sorry for the ongoing trouble logging into your account, Ric. We know switching to a new platform can be tricky at first — you'll want to log in using the email address you registered with and the password you created during registration on the new system. Be sure you're using the correct link for the new platform, since credentials from the old system won't carry over, and it's worth double-checking that autofill isn't pulling in old saved login info.
